Due to the growing demands of our clients, we have a requirement for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior and Trainee Structured Cabling / Data Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to work with Ireland’s largest IT network infrastructure solutions company and be part of some exciting projects including large multinational companies.
Previous experience in any of the following would be advantageous, however training will be provided:
- Wiring of copper Cat6, Cat6A,Cat 7,Fibre & Multicore cable
- Terminating & testing of copper cable
- Installing cables (Copper Cable, Fibre Optic & Multicore)
- Splicing & testing of fibre cable
- Fault finding
- Installation of Switches & Routers
- Health & Safety procedures on construction sites
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- Own transport desirable
- Excellent communication and time keeping skills
- Flexible to travel when needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Senior Structured Cabling Engineer
Individuals must possess at least two years of current and verifiable information and communications technology (ICT) industry installation experience, in both Fibre Optics and Copper installations and the use of test certification equipment. Those applying for the Structured Cabling Engineer position, must possess manual dexterity to complete fine motor tasks.
BISCI Technician Certification Level 2 Copper & Fibre Certification a distinct advantage
Safe Pass Cert required
Manual Handling Safety Cert required
Full Clean Driving Licence

In association with SOLAS,ADI are delighted to announce our participation in the Telecommunications & Data Network Technician Apprenticeship program for 2021.
ADI have secured two apprenticeship placements on the 2 year course,which commences in January 2021 at the School Of Engineering TU Dublin, Tallaght Campus, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
The objective of the statutory apprenticeship is to provide apprentices with the required knowledge, skills and competence to work autonomously in their selected craft or occupation.
The apprenticeship is a statutory validated training and educational programme for SOLAS-registered apprentices,which is enterprise-led in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.
